1. Applicability & Changes to These Terms

By using this website, registering as a member, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. The Company may revise these Terms at any time; updates will be posted on this website without individual notice. Continuing to use this website after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Membership Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and for all activity under your account.
• Please notify the Company immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or has other security concerns.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

• Product listings on this website are an invitation to make an offer; submitting an order is your offer.
• A sales contract is formed only once the Company confirms your order and payment is completed.
• The Company may cancel an order and issue a full refund in the event of stock shortages, pricing errors, system malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Product prices are based on New Taiwan Dollars (NTD); any price adjustments will be announced on the website.
• Amounts shown in other currencies are reference values converted at that day's exchange rate; the actual amount charged follows the exchange rate applied by your card issuer or payment provider at the time of payment.
• Available payment methods depend on the currency selected; see the checkout page for details.

5. Shipping & Risk Transfer

• Orders are packed for shipment within 3 to 7 business days, excluding holidays.
• Shipping cost is calculated based on the destination country and shipping method chosen; some methods offer a free-shipping threshold.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the product is delivered to you or your designated recipient.
• Convenience-store pickup requires ID matching the recipient's name; parcels not collected within 7 days of arriving at the store will be returned.

7. Product Use & Disclaimer

• The Company's products are brush-cleaning products, not cosmetics for use on the body; avoid direct contact with skin or eyes.
• If accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. Keep out of reach of children, and away from high heat and direct sunlight.
• Please follow the product label and instructions for use. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from use that does not follow these instructions.
• Product images and colors on the website may differ slightly from the actual product due to display differences; this does not constitute a defect.

8. Intellectual Property

The software, code, trademarks, text, images, audio/video, and other content used on this website are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. No part of this website may be reproduced, adapted, distributed, publicly transmitted, or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Personal Data Protection

The Company collects, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Except where otherwise required by law or where damage results from the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Company's liability to you is limited to the actual transaction amount of the order in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taiwan New Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from these Terms. However, under the Consumer Protection Act and the small-claims provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, consumers may still file suit in other courts of competent jurisdiction as permitted by law.
