1. International Payment Methods

International orders can be paid with an international credit card or UnionPay, processed through NewebPay; orders are submitted in NTD. International credit cards support VISA, Mastercard, and JCB, with the applicable currency selectable via DCC on the NewebPay payment page. Any RMB payment option for UnionPay follows what's shown on the NewebPay/UnionPay page. Contact us if you have other payment needs.

2. Available Shipping Regions

We currently ship to 16 overseas countries and regions: Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, and Italy.

Shipping cost depends on the destination country and shipping method chosen, shown after you select a destination country at checkout.

3. International Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard international parcel: about 7 to 20 business days, 10 to 25 business days for some regions in Europe and the Americas.
• EMS international express: about 5 to 15 business days.
• SF Express (Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, Singapore): about 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery time depends on your country or region, and does not include local customs processing and similar factors.
