Thank you for purchasing from Mi Manca Pulizia. Upon receiving your order, please check for any defects or incorrect items. If there are any issues, we will assist you in processing a return or exchange. However, please note the following rules. Failure to comply or exceeding the timeframe may result in your request being denied.

- All purchased items are eligible for a seven-day inspection period after pickup, not a trial period. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and with complete packaging (including items, accessories, internal and external packaging, and gifts). Once items, trial products, or gifts have been opened or used, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- If there is a high rate of undelivered items or returns and exchanges at convenience stores, Mi Manca Pulizia reserves the right to refuse your orders.
- Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the product is damaged or defective during shipping, please inform our customer service within three days of receiving the product and return it within seven days. Mi Manca Pulizia will cover the postage for damaged or defective items. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly process your request by replacing it with a correct and flawless item or issuing a refund.
- Definition of Defective Product: Situations that affect the value or utility of the product
include, but are not limited to, non-human-induced damage, scratches, malfunctions, inability to operate normally, packaging damage, uncontested large dirt stains (over 5cm), accessory shortages, dyeing, abrasions, incorrect product or color sent, and other unlisted situations. - Definition of Non-Defective Product: Situations that do not affect the value or utility of the product
include, but are not limited to, loose threads, very small or indistinct stains (within 1.5cm), color difference (affected by the monitor and device), new product odor, size error (±3cm), overflowing glue, missing gifts, price, incorrect size, minor problems that can be fixed, any discrepancies from your expectations, and defective products with known defects.
