Overseas Payment Method:
You can choose VISA and PayPal for payment. Please contact us for any other payment inquiries.

The amounts displayed on the official website are all in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). When making a credit card payment, you can choose to pay in either New Taiwan Dollars or the currency of the country where your credit card was issued. The exchange rate between US Dollars and New Taiwan Dollars is approximately 1:32 (1 USD is approximately equal to 32 NTD). Please note that this exchange rate is for reference only. The actual exchange rate will depend on the rate set by your credit card issuer at the time of transaction.

Overseas Delivery Method:
You can opt for regular international parcel delivery, which takes about 7-20 working days, or EMS delivery, which takes about 5-14 working days for completion.

1.Shipping Details: Please fill out in English. In case of missing required fields, responses will not be accepted.
2.Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on your country or region and excludes local customs issues, etc. 
3.Customs Issues: Please check your country or region's customs regulations before placing an order. We do not take responsibility for any local customs fees. Please check with local customs for more information.
4.Others: EMS services will not call you when your order reaches your country. Ensure you can receive the package. 
5.Returns and Exchanges: Due to the complexity of overseas shipping, we regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not accepted.
